What we collect
The estimate form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, property address, the service you are interested in, your preferred visit frequency, and anything else you choose to write in the message field. We collect that information only because you typed it and submitted it.
We do not require an account, and there is nothing on this site to log into.
How your form submission travels
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Your submission passes through their servers on its way to our inbox, and their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at trevor@planitvision.com or call (206) 203-0511.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, schedule a site visit, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to do the work you asked for, such as a supplier delivering material to your address.
Booking through Jobber
The "Book a visit" links on this site open a booking form hosted by Jobber, the scheduling software we run the business on. Anything you enter there is held by Jobber under their privacy policy and their agreement with us.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they might still be useful to us, and then deleted. Records relating to work we carried out are kept as long as Washington law and our insurance and tax obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email trevor@planitvision.com and we will respond.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, arrival times and weather changes affecting a visit. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
