Questions people ask before calling
How soon can you start?
Most recurring maintenance clients start within one to two weeks, depending on the schedule. Design and build projects are scheduled by season and usually begin four to eight weeks out.
What does a maintenance visit include?
Bed raking and weeding, plant trimming and pruning as each plant needs it, and blowing off decks, driveways, patios and walkways, every visit. Lawn mowing and edging on the weekly and every 2 weeks plans. Mulch installation is part of a cleanup job rather than a recurring visit.
How often do you visit?
Weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or quarterly. Most clients are on a visit every 2 weeks. Mowing runs on the weekly and every 2 weeks plans only, because grass does not wait a month, so the longer plans suit properties with little or no lawn. Frequency can move with the season, so properties get more attention through spring growth and fewer visits through winter dormancy.
Do you work year-round?
Yes. Mowing stops over winter, but the rest of the gardening work carries on as the property needs it. Winter is a good time to prune trees and shrubs, rake leaves and cut back dormant perennials. Scheduling adjusts to rainfall, site access and ground conditions.
Which areas do you serve?
Design, construction and one-off work such as cleanups run across King and south Snohomish counties, including Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Bothell, Kenmore, Bellevue, Kirkland and Lynnwood. Recurring maintenance plans are a tighter radius: Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace.
