These terms are not your contract for work
Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract for landscaping work. Any job we carry out is governed by the written scope and estimate we prepare for that specific property, agreed by you before work begins. Where this page and a signed estimate disagree, the estimate governs.
Information on this site
We describe our services, the conditions we work in, and how we approach a job as accurately as we can. Descriptions are general. Every property is different, and what a given job actually requires is determined at the site visit rather than from a web page.
Timelines mentioned on this site are typical rather than guaranteed. Ground conditions, weather, material availability and permitting all move schedules in this region.
Estimates and pricing
We do not publish rates on this site. Pricing depends on property size, plant density, access and the current condition of the landscape, so it is quoted after a site visit. Any figure given verbally is indicative until it is in a written estimate.
Using the estimate form
Send accurate information through the form so our reply is useful. Submitting a request does not create an obligation on either side. We may decline work that is outside our service area, outside what we do, or that we judge we are not the right company for, and we will say so rather than quote it.
