Plan-It Vision

Recurring Landscape Maintenance in Seattle, WA

A fixed visit on a fixed day, weekly through quarterly, all season.

  • Seattle and surrounding communities
  • Licensed and insured
Maintained garden path running between planted borders in spring

Recurring landscape maintenance is scheduled service on a predictable routine, so a property stays under control instead of drifting between visits. Weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or quarterly appointments happen automatically on set days, with no repeated scheduling calls. That consistency prevents the overgrowth cycle that comes from irregular or forgotten care. The property gets attention on calendar timing rather than waiting until a problem is visible from the street.

Plan-It Vision runs recurring maintenance in Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace. We set up a schedule that matches what the property actually needs and handle the work on the same day each week or month, through the whole year. Design, construction and one-off work such as cleanups travel wider, across King and south Snohomish counties.

What a recurring visit covers

Trevor sets the scope, and it stays the same from visit to visit so nothing quietly falls off the list.

  • Lawn mowing and edging. On weekly and every 2 weeks plans. Cut height moves with the season rather than staying fixed year-round.
  • Bed raking and weeding. Every visit. Beds are kept ahead of the weed cycle, not cleaned up after it.
  • Plant trimming and pruning. As each plant needs it. We walk the property, see what has run on since the last visit and deal with it, rather than working to a rota. Some things are better left until the right point in the year, and we will say so instead of cutting for the sake of it.
  • Blowing off decks, driveways, patios and walkways. Every visit. The property reads as cared for on the way out, not just in the beds.

Mowing is the one item that does not stretch. Grass does not wait a month, so a four-week or quarterly plan is for a property with little or no lawn, where the time goes on beds, pruning and surfaces instead.

Mulch installation, seasonal cleanups and plant replacement sit outside the recurring scope. They are quoted as separate work and can be scheduled during a regular visit.

Why the routine matters here

Puget Sound growth does not pause politely. A yard left for six weeks in May is a different job than the same yard on a two-week rhythm, and it costs accordingly.

  • Less admin, fewer surprises. A standing plan removes the scramble to book each visit. Fewer moving parts leave fewer missed visits and fewer last-minute catch-up requests.
  • Cleaner results week after week. Regular care keeps turf, edges and beds looking intentional rather than patched together. The property looks cared for on any day, rather than only on the afternoon after a visit.
  • Fewer expensive problems later. Ongoing attention surfaces issues while they still cost little to correct. Small drainage shifts, moss pressure and turf thinning stop turning into mid-season emergencies.
  • Better experience for tenants and visitors. Consistent upkeep holds back the mess that arrives fast in Seattle rain and wind. Entrances, walkways and common areas stay presentable without a rushed cleanup before every event.
  • Healthier planting. Consistent mowing and bed control supports thicker turf and more resilient plants, which reduces patchy areas and keeps beds from looking tired by midsummer.

Why clients stay with us

The same people every visit. The people on your property in March are the people on it in September. They remember the problem corner, where the drip lines run, and which plants need a light hand. Nobody relearns the site every month.

Flexible plans, not locked contracts. Frequency, task list and monthly rate adjust to what the property actually needs. Add work, change timing or pause for travel without a penalty.

Direct access. You talk to the crew leader who handles your property, not an office scheduler. Questions get answered by people who have walked the site and can make the call on the spot.

Common questions

Where do you run recurring maintenance?

Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace. Design, construction and one-off work such as cleanups goes wider, across King and south Snohomish counties.

Can I book a four-week or quarterly plan with a lawn?

Not usually. Grass grows faster than a four-week gap allows, so mowing runs weekly or every 2 weeks. Four-week and quarterly plans suit properties with little or no lawn, where the work is beds, pruning and surfaces.

How do I start recurring maintenance service?

An initial site visit looks at property size, plant density, current condition and the frequency you want. We quote a monthly rate and start service within one to two weeks, depending on the schedule.

Can I change my visit frequency?

Yes. Frequency moves with the season, growth pattern or budget. Most clients run more frequent visits through spring growth and fewer through winter dormancy.

What if I need to pause service?

Maintenance can pause for travel, construction or any other reason, and resume when you are ready. There are no restart fees or contract penalties.

What happens if weather stops a visit?

We move to the next available day when heavy rain makes the work impossible. Light rain does not stop most maintenance tasks that do not need dry ground.

Do you work through winter?

Yes. Mowing stops for the season, but the rest of the gardening work carries on as the property needs it. Winter is a good time to prune trees and shrubs, rake leaves and cut back dormant perennials. Gutter cleaning and roof moss treatment are quoted as separate jobs if you want them, rather than being part of a standing visit.

Can I add one-time work to a recurring plan?

Yes. Mulch installation, plant additions or hardscape repairs can be scheduled during or between regular visits, quoted separately from the standing scope.
